Appointment Information

We make every effort to schedule appointments promptly and conveniently.
Please read the below information before your first appointment.

To Make an Appointment: Please call our main office at (203) 299-1315 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Cancellation & Rescheduling: We require 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule and appointment.  This allows us to schedule another appointment in your time slot.  We reserve the right to charge you for visits cancelled within the 24 hour notice period.

Successful treatment requires a commitment from you and your family.  A significant number of missed appointments may result in a discontinuation of services.

Check-in: Please be sure to always check in at the front desk when you arrive for an appointment. If you have health insurance, please bring your insurance card with you.

Payment: Fees for our programs and services are established on an ability-to-pay basis.  For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card as well as personal checks (with $20 return check fee).

Health Insurance: We accept most major health insurance plans.  If you are responsible for a co-pay or fee, payment is required when you check-in.  If you have any questions about your insurance coverage or co-pay, please ask to speak with our billing staff.  You should also contact your insurance company directly to discuss coverage of our programs and services.

Waiting Room: The waiting room is located directly behind the front desk and available to all clients.  Please be considerate when using your cell phone and when playing music or games.  Children are welcome to read the magazines and books and to play with the toys provided in the waiting room.  A restroom is available to the right of the front desk.

You are responsible for your children while in the waiting room or when attending treatment sessions.  Please do not leave your children unattended in the waiting room unless you have made arrangements with your clinician.
